Do I have to preregister for a class?
No. But, Classes are cancelled from time to time due to illness or other circumstances. If we do not know you are coming, we can't let you know class is cancelled. We recommend if you are new to the class that you give us a call. Otherwise, you can just arrive to the class of your choice a few minutes early to let the teacher know if you have any special needs and sign the waiver for the class.
Is there a beginner class?
No. Each class is "to YOUR ability". You set your limits, make your own challenge expectations, and let the Instructor know when an activity it too difficult for you.
